About the Transaction Coordination Team

Linda Kea is the founder of RE Details which was started in 2015. Linda has over 19 years of experience in Real Estate, Escrow, and Transaction Coordination in Hawaii. She worked for a few different escrow companies as an Escrow Officer before finding her true passion of being an Escrow Manager/Transaction Coordinator at a top real estate company on Oahu. She also worked with one of the major escrow companies as a Transaction Coordinator until escrow company transaction coordination was discontinued in the State of Hawaii by the Hawaii Escrow Association in the 2014 Letter affirming compliance the Federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). That was when Linda decided to become an Independent Transaction Coordinator and start RE Details.
Linda grew up and attended school in Honolulu, Hawaii. She has traveled and lived on the mainland but has always returned home where her heart was. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, swimming, and spending time with her family. She also volunteers in the surfing community and helps with numerous amateur surf contests on Oahu.
